Lea was appointed Non-Executive Chair of D’arblay Wealth in October 2021.
Lea has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
She has held senior leadership positions in capital markets, equity derivatives and private banking/wealth management, including as Head of Discretionary & Advisory solutions at JP Morgan Private Bank, HSBC Private Bank & Credit Suisse UK.
She is a founding member of The Prince’s Trust Women’s Leadership Group, served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Jamie Oliver Foundation and Chair of the Development Board for Beanstalk Charity.
